CALL TO ACTION: Help Stop Utah From Placing A Tax On Vapor Products

The members of the Utah State Legislature are planning a bill that will place a new sin tax on the sale of electronic cigarettes and all vapor related products. This is coming from Utah Governor Gary Herbert who wishes to use the vapor tax in order to increase the state’s spending allowance. If this bill is passed and Governor Herbert gets his wish, this sin tax will raise the prices of your vape significantly and it will also add a slew of regulations on vapor products, sellers and consumers.

A tax like this will dramatically reduce your vaping choices when you make your purchases, this will put many citizens of Utah out of work who support themselves and their loved ones on income from the popular, ever-growing and fruitful vapor industry.

Please contact your Utah State Representative and Senator and ask them to OPPOSE Governor Herbert’s ecigarette tax!
