A Quick Reminder:
USPS & FedEx both do not require a signature when they deliver a package to your doorstep. If no one is home during the time of drop-off, FedEx will simply leave the package at your door. USPS will leave a card notifying you of deliver attempt with other options.
Once your order leaves our warehouse and is in the shipper’s hands, we no longer have control over its proper delivery. If your package becomes lost, takes longer to arrive or gets stolen, please contact FedEx or USPS directly as you will need to file a claim with them.
We cannot be held liable for any shipments delayed due to bad weather or FedEx/USPS equipment failure. Though it is out of our hands when your package is picked up by the carrier, we are still always happy to assist with the claim process as we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible and will do what we can in order to ensure that you receive your package in time for the very busy gift-giving season.
