Holiday 2018 VOLCANO Store Hours & Shipping Schedule
The holiday season is here once again, which means both Christmas and New Year’s are almost here! To celebrate, we are giving our dedicated and very hardworking staff the holidays off to so they can spend it with their friends and family.
Our corporate office, customer service office, warehouse department and all 15 retail store locations will be closed in observance of these holidays. Ohana (family) always comes first in our books and we are quite happy to be able to give our whole team the time off that they deserve to spend these holidays with their loved ones.
Place Your Order by Dec 14th to Get Them in Time for Christmas
The gift-giving season is right around the corner and we want to make sure that you receive your vape orders in time for Christmas. Take a look at the guide we have below so that you can stay on top of your holiday shopping in order for your loved ones to receive their gifts in time for Christmas.
USPS Orders & Fedex Orders:
MUST be placed before 11:59PM HST on Friday, December 14th.
This time frame will give our Shipping Department enough time to process your order and ship them out in a timely manner. It also gives them a little wiggle room in case there are delays due to inclement weather. All orders placed by the date above for both shipping methods will ensure that your gift will arrive at yours or your loved one’s doorstep just in time for Christmas.
Due to our observance of these holidays, our warehouse will be closed, which will affect shipments on the following days:
Monday (Dec. 24, 2018): No shipments after 12PM HST
Tuesday (Dec. 25, 2018): No shipments
Monday (Dec. 31, 2018): No shipments after 12PM HST
Tuesday (Jan. 1, 2019): No shipments
All orders that are placed on our website after 12PM on 12/24 or on 12/25 (Christmas Day), will not be processed until 12/26 when our Warehouse will commence normal operating hours.
This also applies to orders placed on our site after 12PM on 12/31 or 1/1/2019 (New Year’s Day), will not be processed until 1/2/2019.
