Oppose Bill SB621 & SB2278

Attention Valued Customers,

We have just been notified of two new vaping bills that have been introduced to Hawaii state legislature, SB621 & SB2278, and once again we need your help and support to submit testimonies and OPPOSE both of them now.

These bills intend to impose a 70% wholesale tax on ALL vaping products which will result in inflated prices all around. Testimonies need to be submitted IMMEDIATELY.

Late testimony may not get the opportunity to be invited into the virtual hearing room to offer live testimony and be present for committee members’ Q&A.  Instead, late testimony is like the general public and can observe the hearing live streamed on YouTube, but can’t testify.  Therefore, if you would like to participate in the hearing, please make sure your written testimony is submitted on time.

As a part of Hawaii's vaping community, your efforts are needed now to help prevent these increased taxes. Let your voice be heard and submit testimonies in opposition to these bills. It only takes 5 minutes to make a difference and support the vaping community of Hawaii.
