We've Made Updates to Our Age Verification Process

Much of the news on the future of vaping centers on the topic of age verification for online purchases and Federal and local laws require companies like us, VOLCANO eCigs, to verify that our customers are of the legal vaping/smoking age.

We take the matter of age verification seriously and are doing everything that we can to limit the access of vapor products to youth. Starting today, we will be updating our age verification process to a new cloud based authentication service in order to increase the accuracy of our age verification validation. 

This new system integrates into our online checkout system and only needs a customer’s name and address in order to verify a transaction. Moving forward, we will continue to update our online store and checkout system to effectively restrict underage access of the vapor products that we carry on our online vape shop as more advanced and efficient age verification technology is released.
