Earning points with our reward program is as easy as 1, 2 and 3.

1. Log in to your VOLCANO eCigs account.
2. Add desired items to your cart
3. View cart and check out.

How many points am I earning per purchase?

For every $4 you spend, you’ll earn 1 VOLCANO point. The grand total of VOLCANO points you’ll earn for every order can be viewed in the view cart area right above your subtotal.

Earning Points through Referrals

When we find something that we love, it’s only natural that we share with our friends and family. With our rewards program, you can easily earn points for the people you recommend our products to.

Referring Friends through your VOLCANO eCigs Account

1. Log in to your VOLCANO eCigs account.
2. On the right hand side, click My Referrals.
3. Send an invitation straight from your account.

Sending Invitations using the Importing Contacts Feature

To make referring your friends and family even easier, utilize our import contacts feature located right under the send to block of the send invitations section.

Redeeming Points

Now that you’ve earned points, how do you use them?

1. Log in to your VOLCANO eCigs account.
2. Add desired items to your cart
3. View cart
4. Use the points slider to control how many points you want to use.
5. Confirm and check out.

What’s the value per point?

For every 5 VOLCANO points you have accumulated, you have $1 to spend on us.

Sending Points

Sharing is caring and why not show you care by sending a fellow Vaper some of your VOLCANO points. To share:

1. Log in to your VOLCANO eCigs account.
2. On the right hand side, click My Points and Rewards.
3. Complete the Send Points to a Friend form and click send.
