On April 7th, a serious security vulnerability known as Heartbleed was disclosed in the OpenSSL library. 

OpenSSL is a technology used to encrypt data across the internet and is used by a vast majority of websites, including ours.  Like much of the internet, we responded immediately to this critical issue by conducting a security review of our servers.  Our systems were automatically patched the day the fix was released.  From our thorough investigation, we've concluded that no user information was compromised. We will continue to monitor the situation closely. 

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

To be on the safe side, we strongly encourage all customers to login and change their passwords, especially if the same password is used on other sites that may have been affected by Heartbleed.
