What's the Difference - MAGMA Heating Elements
Clearomizers? Mega? Pre-filled? Cartomizers?
If you are overwhelmed with the choices of heating elements that you can use with your MAGMA Starter Kit and just what to know what the differences are, let us help you. We have compiled basic information on all of the different heating elements compatible with the MAGMA to help you figure out which one is best fit for you.
Anatomy:
The MAGMA Clear Cartomizers literally have nothing to hide with its clear casing. Looking into the cartomizer you will see that it is constructed with a cotton-like filling to hold the eliquid in the right spot surrounding a dual coil that will heat the eliquid into vapor.
To Fill:
Since no extra tools are necessary to fill a MAGMA Clear Cartomizer, there is low to medium effort needed. Follow these easy steps to fill your MAGMA Clear Cartomizers:
1. Remove the white rubber stopper at the opening of the cartomizer.
2. With an open eliquid bottle ready, tilt the cartomizer at a diagonal.
3. Lightly press the dropper top of the eliquid bottle against the inside of the cartomizer wall (closest to the floor).
4. Lightly squeeze the eliquid out on to the inside of the cartomizer wall and be sure to keep the eliquid from going into the hole in the middle (to prevent leaking).
5. As the eliquid slowly soaks into the cotton polyfill, move the dropper top to the side to start slowly saturating the cotton evenly all around the atomizer.
6. Repeat until the cotton polyfill is completely saturated with using about 1 mil of eliquid.

Minor Warnings:
Due to the material used to make the MAGMA Clear Cartomizers, they are a little more fragile than a regular cartomizer. With that being said, please take into consideration the following warnings to prevent damages:

Do not over twist when attaching to a battery or device.

Do not place too much pressure on the cartomizer.

When traveling, keep in a protective case, use an XL INFERNO Atomizer Cone with a Drip Tip (if you are using it in conjunction with the INFERNO Battery) to keep it safe and sound.
Overall Performance:
In comparison to all of the compatible MAGMA heating elements, the MAGMA Clear Cartomizer has good flavor reproduction and performance with the least amount of time spent on filling.
Anatomy:
The MAGMA Tankomizers are constructed differently than cartomizers without the cotton polyfill. Instead of the atomizer sitting in the middle of a tank, the Tankomizer Tanks act like a reservoir above the atomizer which uses gravity to draw the eliquid onto the atomizer.
Effort of Filling:

Minor Warnings:
To prevent any unnecessary leaking and damages, please take into consideration the following warnings:

Do not fill the MAGMA Blank Tanks 100% full. Fill them up to 90% to prevent leaking.

Make sure the MAGMA Blank Tanks are completely seated on the tankomizer before use.
Overall Performance:
Overall, the MAGMA Tankomizer System is the most convenient way to vape on the go with the capability to pre-fill many tanks. It also allows magma users the access the over 40 flavors of eliquid offered by VOLCANO eCigs. Since there is no cotton polyfill the flavor reproduction is unmatched by any other heating element.
Anatomy:
The MAGMA Pre-filled and Blank Cartomizers are constructed like most cartomizers with cotton polyfill and a single coil. All of the Pre-filled Cartomizers are color-coded and have letters on each one specific to the flavor to make it easier for the user to use multiple flavors without losing track.
Effort of Filling:

When you notice the vapor production of your Pre-filled Cartomizer start to lessen, they can actually be re-used and refilled just like the Blank Cartomizers. The Blank Cartomizers do not have eliquid in them and can easily be filled (with 1 mil of eliquid) using the same instructions as the MAGMA Clear Cartomizers. To re-use and refill a Prefilled Cartomizer and fill a Blank Cartomizer, please follow these easy steps:
1. Remove the white rubber stopper at the opening of the cartomizer
2. With an open eliquid bottle ready, tilt the cartomizer at a diagonal
3. Lightly press the dropper top of the eliquid bottle against the inside of the cartomizer wall (closest to the floor)

Minor Warnings:

Like a bottle of eliquid, you don't want to leave these in heat or in direct sunlight. By keeping them in room temp and out of direct sunlight you will help preserve the eliquid inside of the cartomizer as well as the cartomizer itself.

Drying burning is a no-no for these. When the vapor production and taste is close to none, refill or change out before to prevent that dry burn taste and potentially harming your cartomizer.

Although these are not very fragile, make sure to keep them in your Magma Pack to prevent any damages as well as leakage.
Overall Performance:
If you are someone that is always on the go, don't have time to always stop and fill your cartomizers, the MAGMA Pre-filled Cartomizers are for you. They are convenient, can easily be stored in your MAGMA Pack and can be refilled by the dozens if needed to prep for your busy day or week. Not to mention you can fill the Blank Cartomizers with your own eliquid creations as well.
Anatomy:
Both the MAGMA Re-fillable Clearomizers and the MAGMA Re-fillable MEGA-Clearomizers are constructed the same with a clear plastic tube and does not use cotton polyfill. It is a one-piece unit that incorporates a proprietary atomizer/wick design and a juice reservoir.
Effort of filling:
