Every vape decvice is powered by a lithium ion battery. This is the engine that drives your vape device.
Some devices come with the battery and charging components built right in, while others have a removable battery that lets you remove your batteries and replace them with freshly charged ones at any given moments notice.

The Switch
Every vape device has some sort of activation method, whether that be a physical button or a pressure switch that's activated on inhale. Every vaper has the option to choose a device that fits their needs.
Many box mods, or advanced devices, have buttons that activate the vaporization process, whereas smaller devices are auto-switched upon inhale turning the device on and off activating the vaporization process .
Vaporization
The Atomizer
The atomizer, or coil, or heating element, is what vaporizes the E-liquid and creates the vapor that is inhaled by the user. Depending on the type of setup you're rocking this could come in many forms.
Many modern devices are tank or pod-based and have the liquid-well build right on top of the coil.
Some tanks have removable coils while others are built right in and are inseparable.
Vape juice

E-Liquid, aka "vape juice" - is manufactured using nicotine extracted from both tobacco and synthetic sources.
Users can select their desired level of nicotine usually offered between 0mg - 50mg. Vape juice is comprised of USP-Grade Propylene Glycol, USP-Grade Vegetable Glycerine, and food-based flavorings to create the vape flavors you'll come to know and love.
